Position Summary
We are in search of a Ticketing Operations Team Member who will represent our commitment to exceptional guest service while upholding the integrity of our brand. This role is essential in delivering memorable experiences for our visitors and ensuring the operational success of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and engage in friendly interactions, providing information and assistance that exceeds expectations.
  • Execute ticket sales processes efficiently, including:
    • Processing ticket sales and reservations using a computerized system.
    • Managing Season Pass sales and transactions.
    • Handling cash, checks, and credit card payments accurately.
    • Issuing complimentary and discounted tickets in accordance with company policies.
    • Facilitating refunds, exchanges, and other special requests as per established guidelines.
  • Conduct daily accounting procedures related to ticket sales, ensuring all transactions are balanced and revenue is accurately recorded.
  • Support group sales and fulfill ticketing requests as needed.
  • Assist in the ticket scanning process for park entry, verifying ticket validity and guest identities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all informational materials are up-to-date and readily available.
  • Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance guest service skills and operational knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Minimum age requirement of 14 years.
  • Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and other office equipment.
  • Previous experience in guest services is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Successful completion of a background check is required.
