Job Overview

Phoenix Theatres Entertainment LLC is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our theatre floor staff team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our guests, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests, ensuring a positive experience at the theatre.
  • Operate the box office, selling tickets, gift cards, and providing information about current films, policies, and programs.
  • Prepare and serve concession items to guests in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining a clean and organized concession area.
  • Clean and maintain auditoriums, restrooms, and lobby areas, ensuring a safe and clean environment for guests.
  • Monitor auditoriums to ensure a comfortable setting and proper presentation, controlling access to the theatre and auditoriums as needed.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude are essential.
  • Effective communication and cooperation with guests, co-workers, vendors, and partners are necessary.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, twist, and bend frequently, as well as work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good verbal communication skills, basic math, and cash-handling skills are required.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
  • Nights, weekends, and weekdays availability is necessary.
  • Maintaining and following company standards and policies is crucial.
Uniform and Appearance

Staff members are required to wear a staff polo shirt, black pants, black socks, and shoes, as well as a staff nametag.
