Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Admission and Ticketing: Assist guests with admission, ticket changes, and other attendance-related needs, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Theatre and Attraction Knowledge: Maintain a working knowledge of our theatres and attractions, providing guests with accurate information and recommendations.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve mistakes, errors, and issues related to bookings and reservations, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Communication: Demonstrate excellent telephone presentation and communication skills, providing clear and concise information to guests.
  • Cross-Training: Participate in cross-training opportunities to develop skills in ticket booth, greeting, and phone reservations, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands:
  • Continuous standing and walking on level ground, as well as up and down steps.
  • Continuous hearing and oral communication at a conversational level and at a high acuity level.
  • Continuous work with computers and ticketing systems.
  • Frequent exposure to changes in temperature and humidity.
