As a Guest Services Supervisor with Under Canvas, you will be responsible for managing the Front Desk functions and overseeing the Camp Concierges and Night Audits. Your primary objective is to guarantee that guests enjoy a peaceful and memorable outdoor experience with their loved ones while staying at our camp. This seasonal role offers hourly compensation and team member accommodations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain poise and develop solutions in unexpected circumstances
  • Deliver clear communication and local insights to guests
  • Assign tasks and independently resolve guest concerns
  • Enhance processes for improved efficiency
  • Lead sustainability initiatives and manage lost and found items

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience
  • Familiarity with POS and reservation systems
  • Exceptional customer service and team leadership abilities

Additional Information:

  • Capability to lift 30lbs independently
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Experience operating guest transport carts
