Job Title: Manager, Aerospace Product Engineering

At Power Systems Mfg., LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Aerospace Product Engineering to lead our Product Engineering team in the development and design of advanced aerospace aftermarket parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Product Engineering team in the design and development of advanced aerospace aftermarket parts
  • Collaborate with internal and external vendors to develop a capable vendor base
  • Design selected aerospace hot section parts
  • Develop and implement project plans and timelines
  • Manage and mentor team members to ensure successful project completion

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • 12+ years of experience in advanced aerospace hot section airfoil design, materials and manufacturing processes
  • 10+ years of applicable experience in the aerospace industry or related manufacturing/repair environment
  • 8+ years of team leadership or project management experience
  • Demonstrated expert knowledge of jet engine materials and processing
  • Understanding of jet engine airfoil component design and operation
  • Understanding of technical drawings, Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD & T), industrial and material specifications
  • Experience working with external supply chain, including advanced casting, machining and coating vendors (domestic and international)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Process and team-oriented; able to work with a diverse workforce
  • Trustworthy, quick learning, innovative and reliable
