Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated Route Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

  • Troubleshoot dish machine operations and correct mechanical problems.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to customers.
  • Provide on-call emergency service every 5-6 weeks.
  • Collect customer payments and consistently follow up to ensure accounts are current.
  • Deliver and pick up chemicals.
  • Build rapport with decision makers.
  • Resolve customer concerns.
  • Train customers on proper usage of cleaners and sanitizers.
  • Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases.
Requirements
  • Have a valid driver's license.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced, energetic, physical position.
  • Ability to safely drive a company vehicle.
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 70 pounds.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience preferred.
