Automotive Sales Consultant

Pierre Chevrolet, a leading automotive dealership in Seattle, is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Consultant to join our successful sales team. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals with a passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Engage and build relationships with customers, understanding their needs and guiding them through the car buying process.
- Showcase Chevrolet vehicles, explaining features, benefits, and answering customer inquiries.
- Conduct test drives, ensuring a memorable and informative experience for potential buyers.
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their preferences, budget, and lifestyle.
- Negotiate pricing and financing options to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the dealership's overall success.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry (though not mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers of diverse backgrounds.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with automotive financing and dealership processes is an asset.
We offer a competitive compensation package including commission, bonuses, and a base salary of $120,000 per year. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage.
