Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Team Lead/ISSA to support our federal government client. The Team Lead will act as the primary liaison for the government, generate monthly reports, and provide direction to the contractor team to ensure the successful execution of the Task Order.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for government stakeholders.
  • Produce and present monthly performance reports.
  • Guide and mentor the contractor team in fulfilling project objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
  • Certified in Governance, Risk and Compliance (CGRC).
  • Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) credential.
  • Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSK) and relevant cloud certifications.
  • Proficient in project management principles, including scheduling, resource coordination, and performance monitoring.
  • Knowledgeable in quality assurance and control methods to ensure compliance with functional requirements and standards.
  • Demonstrated understanding of US Federal Government Cyber Security and Privacy Laws, Policies, Directives, Procedures, and NIST standards.
  • Experience in conducting System Security Assessments and Risk Assessments, including Security Authorization to Operate support and Privacy risk management for cloud-hosted systems.
  • Expertise in information assurance, cybersecurity, and privacy policy methodologies, including NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Cybersecurity Framework (CSF).
  • Skilled in assessing web applications, network protocols, and security measures in accordance with NIST standards.
