We are seeking an Information Security Compliance Lead with a robust background in security and compliance to spearhead system enhancements and procedural advancements. In this role, you will be an integral part of the Security Assurance Compliance Operations team, responsible for the implementation of our Information Security Policy. The ideal candidate will be adept at engaging with both technical and business stakeholders across various levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and formulate security policies.
  • Enforce and oversee existing policies.
  • Support the development and monitoring of Compliance Operations metrics, including tracking open exceptions and support requests.
  • Assist in assessing new compliance initiatives and facilitate the transition of ongoing compliance operations to designated control owners within the organization.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Familiarity with NIST, ISO, SOC, and related frameworks.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in monitoring and reporting on Security Compliance programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced understanding of NIST, ISO, SOC, and related frameworks.
  • CISSP Certification.
  • Experience in supporting comprehensive Security Compliance programs aimed at identifying, evaluating, and mitigating control deficiencies and audit observations.

Compensation:

  • $5,000 - $7,000 USD per month.
