POSITION SUMMARY

The role of an All-Source Intelligence Analyst requires demonstrated expertise in gathering and analyzing intelligence from diverse sources. Analysts will contribute to the LECOR process by leveraging open-source information, commercial databases, and government resources to identify relevant events, potential threats, and safety issues. The collected data will undergo thorough analysis, evaluation, and organization, ultimately being integrated into a structured assessment template.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Exhibit strong written communication capabilities, ensuring reports are complete, accurate, and grammatically sound.
  • Conduct extensive research utilizing a variety of open sources, including search engines, social media platforms, public business records, and specialized law enforcement databases.
  • Demonstrate meticulous documentation skills, organizational prowess, and keen attention to detail to support the creation of assessments related to events involving Members of Congress.
  • Utilize a broad spectrum of analytical concepts, principles, and practices in the context of investigative and intelligence systems, including search and retrieval techniques.
  • Employ fact-finding methods from multiple sources to produce cohesive and timely assessments.
  • Understand federal laws and regulations pertinent to USCP entities, operations, and techniques for information collection and evaluation.
  • This position will operate from 7am to 3pm, Monday through Friday, with a weekend rotation approximately every 6-12 weeks.
  • Work arrangement includes 3 days remote and 2 days onsite, with weekend shifts being remote.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in law enforcement and/or intelligence.
  • Capability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in mandatory annual training sessions.
  • Provide regular updates to management, summarizing progress, challenges, metrics, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Attend recurring team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of new initiatives and strategies.
