Position Overview

We are in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to become a vital part of our Human Resources team at Air Distribution Technologies, Inc. The successful candidate will be tasked with identifying, evaluating, and securing exceptional talent to fulfill our organizational requirements. Your contribution will be essential in enhancing our workforce and ensuring we attract the most suitable candidates for diverse positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with hiring managers to comprehend job specifications and formulate effective recruitment strategies.
  • Identify potential candidates through various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networking events.
  • Review resumes and conduct preliminary phone interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Organize and coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and tracking systems.
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in crafting job descriptions and recruitment materials.
  • Engage in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the organization and attract prospective candidates.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with external recruitment agencies and industry organizations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition across various sectors such as sales, engineering, safety, logistics, administration, and manufacturing.
  • Strong grasp of recruitment methodologies and techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Adaptable to change and receptive to constructive feedback.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their application in recruitment.

Technical Skills:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.

Work Environment:

This position is based in a typical office setting.
