As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding exceptional talent for our diverse client base. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including online platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
  • Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate records
  • Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with both internal stakeholders and external candidates
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a staffing agency or corporate environment

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in using ATS systems and other recruiting tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
