Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with clients to conduct searches and fulfill physician staffing requirements
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding recruitment progress
- Meet productivity targets and performance metrics
- Engage with physicians to proactively identify suitable candidates
- Conduct comprehensive phone interviews with a focus on detail and timely follow-up
- Update the internal client and candidate database with recruitment-related activities
- Manage and oversee the credentials and availability of physician candidates
- Utilize creativity to craft compelling job advertisements for open positions
- Travel as necessary to conduct onsite client assessments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or recruitment is required; seasoned recruiters are encouraged to apply
- Exceptional skills in sourcing, cold calling, presentations, and negotiations are essential
- A confident, energetic, and professional demeanor is crucial: ability to effectively establish relationships with C-suite executives and physician candidates
- Strong interpersonal, strategic communication, and relationship-building abilities are required
- Excellent organizational and computer skills are necessary; proficiency in CRM systems is a plus
- A stable employment history with verifiable references is required
