Cooperative Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cooperative Sales Manager to join our team at Lifestyle Communities LLC. As a Cooperative Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling the cooperative living experience and identifying, educating, and getting prospective owners to secure their interest in our communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement marketing and sales strategies for our newest cooperative living communities
Gain a full understanding of the competitive market
Conduct individual and group sales presentations
Meet one-on-one with prospects to understand their residential needs and explain how our cooperative setting will meet their needs
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Communications, Real Estate, or relevant field
2+ years of related experience in a professional office, membership sales, real estate, and/or hospitality environment
Strong sales skills with a deep understanding of sales processes and techniques
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Work Location:
Primary work location is based out of your home and sourced community venues for customer meetings until the Lifestyle office is completed which will be located near Ingersoll and Grand Ave.
Work Schedule:
Primarily between 9 am - 5 pm CST Monday-Friday plus flexibility for occasional weekends and adjusting to meet with prospective member/buyers
