About this position:

Wells Fargo is looking for a Senior Business Execution Administrator within the Human Resources department, specifically in Talent Management and Learning, to support Enterprise Facilitation. For further details about this business line, please refer to the external Careers Site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the operational activities of a designated business unit (Branch Banking)
  • Manage programs, projects, or processes tailored to the business needs
  • Conduct administrative business operations
  • Enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of solutions while addressing concerns related to the assigned operations
  • Provide expertise and interpretation of procedures to essential business partners
  • Coordinate and supervise the implementation and upkeep of processes, procedures, and policies
  • Collaborate with immediate colleagues in Enterprise Facilitation on operational initiatives
  • Assist in Learning and Development communications by delivering updates through the L&D Resources app
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in Administrative Support or Business Support, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience in learning and development
  • Familiarity with Branch Banking operations (preferably as an L&D facilitator)
  • Strong analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Capability to effectively collaborate with traditional branch operations
  • Aptitude to perform in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Experience in exercising independent judgment and employing creative problem-solving techniques
  • Demonstrated project management skills related to business execution and initiatives
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service while efficiently gathering information, comprehending, and resolving complex customer issues
  • Skill in assessing stakeholder, partner, or client needs while consulting, developing solutions, and creating processes
  • Proficiency in working effectively within a team environment and across all organizational levels, emphasizing flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
Job Expectations:
  • This position requires onsite presence in a hybrid arrangement (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)
  • Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
