Essential Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in Administrative Support or Business Support, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience in learning and development
  • Familiarity with Branch Banking operations (preferably as an L&D facilitator)
  • Strong analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail and precision
  • Capability to effectively collaborate with traditional branch operations
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Experience in exercising independent judgment and employing creative problem-solving techniques
  • Demonstrated project management experience related to business execution and initiatives
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service while efficiently gathering information, comprehending, and resolving complex customer issues
  • Skill in assessing stakeholder, partner, or client needs while consulting, building solutions, and developing processes
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting and across all organizational levels, emphasizing flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability
  • Capability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
Job Expectations:
  • This position requires onsite presence in a hybrid arrangement (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)
