Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational functions of a designated business sector (Branch Banking)
- Manage and implement programs, projects, or processes pertinent to the business
- Conduct administrative business operations
- Promote efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of solutions while addressing concerns related to the assigned operations
- Provide expertise and interpretation of procedures to essential business partners
- Coordinate and supervise the execution and upkeep of processes, procedures, and policies
- Collaborate with immediate Enterprise Facilitation colleagues on operational initiatives
- Assist in Learning & Development communications by delivering updates through the L&D Resources app
- 4+ years of experience in Administrative Support or Business Support, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
- 1+ year of experience in learning and development
- Familiarity with Branch Banking operations (preferably as an L&D facilitator)
- Strong analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail and precision
- Capability to effectively collaborate with traditional branch operations
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while managing multiple priorities
- Experience in exercising independent judgment and employing creative problem-solving techniques
- Demonstrated project management experience related to business execution and initiatives
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service while efficiently gathering information, comprehending, and resolving complex customer issues
- Skill in assessing stakeholder, partner, or client needs while consulting, building solutions, and developing processes
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting and across all organizational levels, emphasizing flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability
- Capability to handle confidential information professionally
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- This position requires onsite presence in a hybrid arrangement (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)
- Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
