Position Overview:
We are in search of an enthusiastic and skilled transportation engineer who possesses exceptional problem-solving abilities and a passion for delivering technical guidance and project design expertise. This role involves the development and execution of diverse transportation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
- Develop and implement project work plans, adjusting as necessary to accommodate evolving needs.
- Identify required resources and delegate responsibilities effectively.
- Oversee daily operations of projects and scopes.

- Foster and maintain client relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Set and manage client expectations; communicate effectively to address project challenges.
- Represent the company in meetings and facilitate discussions with clients and team members.

- Supervise project staff and ensure adherence to quality assurance and quality control processes.
- Prepare and finalize project documentation, including reports and deliverables.

Qualifications:
- A commitment to high-quality work and a passion for serving others.
- A Professional Engineering (PE) license and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant transportation engineering experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation 3D; experience with Civil 3D and/or InRoads is a plus.
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities, with the ability to organize and delegate tasks effectively.
