Proposal Development:

  • Engage with interdisciplinary teams to collect vital information and insights necessary for developing impactful proposals. Create detailed proposals that highlight our organization's strengths and effectively meet client requirements.
  • Design effective proposal layouts and generate content that aligns with RFQ/RFP specifications, customize team profiles, verify references, compile experience lists, and request necessary financial or legal documentation.
  • Contribute to the creation of clear, concise, and engaging content for proposals. Ensure all materials are tailored to the intended audience and consistent with our brand messaging.
  • Oversee the proposal creation process from initial concept to final submission. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather contributions, review drafts, and finalize content within set deadlines.
  • Guarantee that all proposals adhere to high standards of quality regarding accuracy, completeness, and presentation. Review and edit content to eliminate errors and inconsistencies.
  • Communicate with clients to clarify their needs, respond to questions, and integrate feedback into proposal revisions. Maintain effective communication to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Manage a repository of proposals, tracking their status, outcomes, and key performance indicators. Analyze this data to identify opportunities for enhancement and refine future proposal strategies.

Marketing Assistance:

  • Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Serve as a brand representative, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing platforms and communications.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities to manage multiple proposals and deadlines.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure precision and quality in all proposals.
  • Familiarity with the industry, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign.
  • Ability to create professional, visually appealing proposal layouts and designs.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in proposal management, marketing, and business development support.
  • Experience within the construction sector.
