Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Associate Attorney to manage a variety of cases, including White Collar Litigation, Business Defense, and Civil Litigation. This role will involve representing clients in various legal matters and contributing to the overall success of our firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all stages of litigation, including drafting legal documents, managing discovery, and preparing for trial.
- Advocate for clients in court and before governmental bodies.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to formulate effective legal strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships while providing insightful legal counsel.
- Negotiate favorable settlements for clients.
- Collaborate effectively with partners, senior attorneys, and support personnel.
- Engage in business development initiatives to expand the firm's reach.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.
- Active membership in the state bar.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in White Collar Litigation, Business Defense, and Civil Litigation.
- Proven litigation skills, including trial preparation and motion practice.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
- Dedication to maintaining high professional ethics and integrity.
