Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently communicate with and respond to leads via various channels, effectively addressing client needs.
  • Prospect into current and past accounts to identify new opportunities.
  • Build strong client relationships and assist with client check-ins.
  • Maintain regular client touchpoints and proactively schedule meetings with stakeholders.
  • Nurture leads with relevant information to keep them engaged and moving through the marketing funnel.
  • Schedule meetings and track action items.
  • Execute on marketing tasks to increase marketing-influenced revenue.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of account management/customer service/sales/marketing experience.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong knowledge of computers, internet/search engines, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Ability to work independently on multiple tasks.
  • Ability to talk to clients, explain service offerings.
  • Active listening skills to understand customer needs and respond appropriately.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • $65,000 base salary + quarterly bonuses based on revenue targets.
