Customer Service Associate

Welcome and Engage: Provide a warm and professional greeting to guests, ensuring a positive first impression that lasts.
Payment Processing: Accurately handle transactions through the POS system, including cash, credit, and digital payments, with meticulous attention to detail. Ensure customers receive the correct change and receipts, maintaining transparency in all financial dealings.
Customer Interaction: Address inquiries and resolve any complaints with promptness and courtesy, escalating issues to management when necessary. Keep the cashier station clean and organized to promote an efficient and appealing workspace.
Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and waitstaff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, effectively communicating any special requests or modifications. Stay knowledgeable about menu offerings, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
Adherence to Standards: Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling protocols, safety measures, and food safety regulations. Assist with other front-of-house responsibilities as needed, such as seating guests and managing reservations.
Continuous Improvement: Strive to enhance customer service by seeking feedback, staying updated on industry trends, and implementing best practices.
Required Qualifications:- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 16 years or older
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent
- Able to lift up to 20 lbs comfortably
- Availability for weekdays, weekends, and overtime
