  • Operational Efficiency: Safely and efficiently load every vehicle with clear hand signals and a smile, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring a thorough and enjoyable wash for all guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Site Maintenance: Maintain all aspects of the site to ensure it runs beautifully, including cleaning and organization.
  • Keyholder Responsibilities: Perform opening and closing duties, ensuring the site is prepared for service and secure when closed.
Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Previous car wash industry experience preferred
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
