- Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely and accurate order processing, effectively communicating any special requests.
- Stay knowledgeable about menu offerings, pricing, and promotions to assist customers with their inquiries and provide informed recommendations.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding cash handling, safety protocols, and food safety standards.
- Assist with additional front-of-house tasks as needed, including guest seating and managing reservations.
Qualifications:
Required:- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- 16 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Able to lift up to 20 lbs comfortably.
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
