Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Performance Food Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers by providing exceptional service and support. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Process telephone orders for customers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work with customers and sales associates to manage their deliveries and ensure seamless execution.
  • Evaluate and respond to customer orders and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform data entry and other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6-12 months of experience in customer service, call center, or related area.
  • Preferred experience in the foodservice industry.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to lift 30-40lbs average and up to 100lbs.
  • Order selection experience and bilingual skills a plus.
