Role Overview:

As the Lead Superintendent, you will oversee and manage all on-site activities for large-scale multifamily and mixed-use hospitality developments. You will be responsible for ensuring project deadlines, safety, and quality standards are met while working closely with the project team, subcontractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all site operations from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project alignment.
  • Oversee subcontractor scheduling, progress, and performance.
  • Ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance on-site.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project progress and milestones.
  • Implement and monitor quality control measures throughout the project life cycle.
  • Address and resolve any construction-related issues or delays promptly.
