We are seeking a seasoned Executive Superintendent to join our team at Stansell Construction. As a key member of our commercial construction services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of projects across the Southeast United States.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure high-quality work meets project schedule and budget requirements
  • Obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction projects
  • Verify compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Lead contractor meetings and coordinate project logistics
  • Manage project schedules and communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Oversee project quality and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Provide training and development opportunities for project team members

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on restaurant projects
  • Proven track record of success as a construction superintendent or senior manager
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and civil drawings
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Southeast United States
  • Experience supervising project teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • OSHA 30 hour certification and knowledge of construction safety processes
  • Ability to create a safety-first environment and lead by example
