Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at MCR Hotels. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing administrative processes, and ensuring a seamless stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of guest interactions and requests.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive guest information.
  • Availability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and productive work culture.
