About the Role

Epsilon, a leading provider of multi-channel marketing services, technologies, and database solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing Performance Marketing team. This role is focused on B2B lead-generating performance media channels supporting the marketing initiatives of Epsilon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage ongoing innovation and testing roadmaps in the form of A/B tests, multi-variate, creative message, and dynamic testing to innovate across programmatic platforms.
  • Draw from previous experience to offer new perspectives and innovation for a world-class agency to attract new clients.
  • Drive and own business, synthesizing data-driven recommendations with confidence.
  • Manage complex media budgets with frequency and excellent hygiene for accuracy, as well as media calendars and documentation to share across the organization.
  • Lead vendors, both internally and externally, to ensure the latest and greatest capabilities are leveraged to drive business.
  • Communicate with authenticity and honesty across the organization's different levels and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience with emphasis on performance marketing and programmatic strategy within the B2B space.
  • BS degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field or applicable experience.
  • Track record of translating business goals into outcomes and results.
  • Time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent skills in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and attention to detail with the ability to work with and present to all levels and functions of the organization.
  • Strong understanding of B2B audience targeting tactics.
  • Applicable industry knowledge (media, advertising, tech, etc.).
