About the Role:

  • Develop and execute strategic paid search campaigns across Google, Bing, and emerging search platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and testing in paid search, including A/B testing, multi-variate testing, and creative testing.
  • Derive actionable insights from data analysis to inform testing strategies and campaign optimizations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, including Google and Bing, to stay up-to-date on the latest capabilities in B2B paid search.
  • Manage budgets and campaign performance across multiple campaigns and line items.

About You:

  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing and paid search strategy and implementation in the B2B space.
  • Strong understanding of paid search mechanics, including Google AdWords and Bing Ads.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage day-to-day search business while addressing operational challenges.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to present to all levels of the organization.
