Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline, coupled with 5 years of experience in sales management (DSD / Route Sales).
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may also be considered.- Previous experience in route sales within the grocery sector is advantageous.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Decision-making capabilities that positively impact business outcomes.
- A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record are necessary.
- Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish are preferred.
- Basic understanding of DSD systems is beneficial.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% by vehicle for customer visits and meetings.
- Proficiency in using computers for email, reporting, and general correspondence.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Candidates must reside within the geographic area to ensure efficient commuting and accessibility to customers in the assigned region.
Candidates must successfully pass a motor vehicle records check, as applicable for the role.Compensation Package:
- Salary range of $78,000 to $82,000, complemented by a 15% discretionary bonus, vehicle benefits, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance.
- Life insurance coverage for employees and their families, along with AD&D insurance, short-term, and long-term disability insurance. Flexible spending accounts and 401(k) matching are also included. Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays are part of the offering.Relocation assistance is not available.
