Job Title: Account Executive - Outside B2B Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at The Panaro Group LLC. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and bringing in new client accounts, designing RPO solutions that fit their needs, and establishing sales strategies to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cold call new prospective clients daily, followed by emails and messages.
  • Develop a new client base, with a focus on C-level executives, VPs, and corporate leaders.
  • Schedule face-to-face appointments and present our services to new clients.
  • Work collaboratively with our teams and clients to deliver and exceed expectations.
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas on a quarterly and annual basis.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of proven success in outside sales B2B experience selling professional services into one or more of the following industries: manufacturing, engineering, construction, technology.
  • 3 years of experience selling recruiting services.
  • Strong existing relationships with C-Suite, VP's, HR, engineering, manufacturing and technology leaders.
  • Demonstrated success in closing the deal, hitting quotas, and generating consistent revenue.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, listening, solutions structuring, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
