About the Role:

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven leader to join our team. As a key member of our product management group, you will be responsible for defining and delivering advanced digital marketing features that integrate seamlessly with our Customer Data Platform and Analytics.

Your primary objectives will include:
  • Developing and owning high-level roadmaps and detailed delivery plans for advanced digital marketing functionality across the entire customer acquisition, conversion, and retention lifecycle.
  • Interacting with small and medium-sized businesses to understand their pain points, collect requirements, and gain a deep understanding of growth marketing needs.
  • Using data/metrics-driven product development approaches to define success criteria for roadmap items and demonstrate measurable impact on key performance indicators.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5-7 years of Product Management experience in a top tech company, MarTech company, or innovative technology startup, with a focus on B2B SaaS, advertising tech, and/or ecommerce tools. Your expertise should include a strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles, best practices in conversion rate optimization, and their application across the entire customer journey.

You should also possess excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, and stakeholders across various organizational levels. A passion for creating innovative solutions that solve real marketing challenges and drive marketing success is essential. Additionally, you will need to have experience with AI/ML technologies and their application in marketing and advertising contexts, particularly in enhancing customer interactions with predictive analytics.

What We Offer:

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
