Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a bold and innovative digital-first vision for the future, broken down into MVP experiences to quickly learn and iterate based on data and customer feedback.
  • Develop deep customer empathy through immersion in customer research, transforming insights into a roadmap of innovative solutions that address key customer pain points and drive business outcomes.
  • Align the team, executives, and stakeholders around a bold vision with a digital first strategy, working with product and platform teams to align roadmaps, priorities, and drive E2E experiences that deliver value to customers.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficacy of the work delivered, reporting on business performance and making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
Requirements
  • 8 years of experience in Product Management with a proven track record of launching and scaling innovative products, ideally in technology-driven, AI-powered service environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive transformational change.
  • Strong partnership and influence skill, driving prioritization and feature requirements to product and platform teams.
  • Self-aware with a strong desire to learn and continuously improve.
  • Passionate about understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable customer-backed digital first solutions.
  • Strong operational acumen with the ability to implement processes that drive efficiency and scale.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all organizational levels.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts, platform requirements, and the ability to work closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • AI & ML experience in product offerings/experiences.
  • MBA or advanced degree.
