Your Role in Our Success

As an Inbound Sales Representative on our Call Transfer team, you will engage with customers eager to explore Wyndham's timeshare offerings. Your exceptional communication abilities, combined with marketing insight, will enable you to promote attractive vacation packages over the phone. These packages are crafted to showcase our resorts and provide customers with a taste of vacation ownership. This position offers the potential for significant commissions while assisting customers in creating lasting memories.

In this dynamic role, you will have the chance to:

  • Handle inbound calls transferred from various channels to present company offerings
  • Market approved vacation packages to customers via phone
  • Clarify the specifics and sales conditions of vacation deals
  • Assess guest eligibility for timeshare purchases
  • Address customer inquiries effectively and professionally
  • Deliver exceptional service to meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Arrange reservations and accommodations for customers booking vacation packages

  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach
