Compensation: Competitive base salary of $40,000 with potential earnings reaching $75,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Enhance Sales Presentations:
  • Boost the frequency of sales presentations from 4 to 8 weekly.
  • Identify and pursue new business leads to achieve presentation targets.
  • Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
  1. Optimize Appointment Execution:
  • Maintain a minimum execution ratio of 60% for scheduled appointments.
  • Follow up with prospects to confirm and finalize appointments.
  • Employ effective scheduling techniques to maximize appointment success.
  1. Training and Development:
  • Complete company training modules at 30, 60, and 90-day intervals.
  • Stay informed on product knowledge, industry developments, and sales methodologies.
  • Engage in continuous training and professional growth opportunities.
  1. Achieve Key Performance Indicators:
  • Consistently meet or surpass all designated KPIs on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Monitor and report performance metrics to align with organizational objectives.
  • Adjust strategies as necessary to meet established goals.
