Position Overview
This role is focused on managing employee benefits and acting as a crucial link between staff and the organization regarding benefits communication and collection.

Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct new hire orientations to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
2. Distribute comprehensive benefits information to employees.
3. Process enrollment forms and maintain accurate documentation.
4. Communicate with third-party benefit providers to acquire necessary materials and updates on plan specifics for employee distribution.
5. Handle retirement letters and generate daily reports, providing explanations of various benefits to employees.

Additional Information
This position comes with a competitive salary package, generous paid time off, and tuition reimbursement, all within a structured work schedule of Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
