Executive Director of Dining Operations

Creative Dining Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Dining Operations to lead our team at the Denso North American Headquarters in Southfield, MI.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Satisfaction: Develop and implement effective planning and organization strategies to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction on a consistent basis, resulting in positive public relations and account retention.
- Financial Management: Attain unit operating budgets through a system of planning and control procedures, participating in the budget and forecast process with the Creative Dining Services Operations Director to provide accurate data for effective budget preparation.
- Employee Development: Train and develop employees to ensure maximum productivity and high morale, developing and maintaining systems to measure and evaluate personnel in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain standards of quality in all areas of the food service operation, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, standards, and programs.
- Operational Analysis: Conduct an ongoing analysis of account operations, recommending operational changes to the Operations Director as required, ensuring compliance with the C.L.E.A.N.Works program, Federal, State, and Local health codes, and overall quality assurance.
- Purchasing and Menu Planning: Ensure that all company and account purchasing policies and procedures are followed, achieving maximum utilization of company resources through correct menu planning, receiving, and storage, while adhering to quality specifications and sustainability efforts.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Management, Hospitality, or a similar field preferred, with a minimum of 1 year of managerial experience, or a minimum of 5 years of successful managerial experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
- Certification: ServSafe Certification.
