Job Summary

BizzyCar, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing business opportunities with automotive dealerships across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to attain predetermined goals and quotas.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at automotive dealerships.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
  • Uncover new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships.
  • Demonstrate software and services to prospective clients and provide professional after-sales support.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to maximize customer retention.
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar sales/business development role.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Hubspot CRM or Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Determined, competitive, enthusiastic, and gritty.
