Recruitment Operations Specialist

SeamonWhiteside is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to take on the role of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator within our dynamic environment. This position is essential for enhancing our recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and enriching experience for both applicants and hiring teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be instrumental in managing various stages of the recruitment lifecycle, including:
- Formulating and executing recruitment strategies to attract exceptional talent across all offices.
- Overseeing the complete recruitment process for all roles, including internships.
- Creating and distributing job postings on diverse job boards and social media channels.
- Organizing both in-person and virtual interviews, ensuring a streamlined experience for candidates and interviewers alike.
- Acting as the primary contact for candidates, providing insights into the recruitment process and ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintaining regular communication with hiring managers to update them on candidate progress and recruitment status.
- Coordinating travel arrangements for candidates when necessary.
- Managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records.
- Generating recruitment-related correspondence and reports as required.
- Conducting reference checks and background screenings for prospective hires.
- Facilitating new employee orientations and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Participating in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the organization and attract potential candidates.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least three years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources.
- Demonstrated experience in a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or HR role.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage professionally with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and changing priorities.
