  • Oversees workforce management, maintaining optimal staff-to-student ratios.
  • Projects future enrollment trends based on annual metrics.
  • Organizes and executes center events.
  • Manages inventory and resources effectively.
  • Collaborates with the Center Director to conduct team meetings, disseminating vital information and establishing objectives.

Client Engagement:
  • Implements brand events and local marketing initiatives to enhance community presence.
  • Utilizes social media platforms to engage parents and promote retention.
  • Guides prospective families through tours, emphasizing the center's unique offerings and building strong relationships.
  • Maintains an in-depth understanding of local childcare services.
  • Manages lead tracking systems and customer databases.
  • Oversees the registration process and ensures accurate maintenance of customer and employee records.
  • Handles communications with families effectively.
  • Focuses on teacher retention and development.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years in retail or store management; diverse industry experience is advantageous.
