About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Office Associate to join our team at CarMax. As a Business Office Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the functions of all store departments, ensuring that our customers receive an iconic customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete administrative tasks to support all store departments, including financial transactions and paperwork processing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and guiding them through the sales process.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and business partners, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain coverage at the information desk and answer multi-line phone systems, ensuring seamless communication with customers and colleagues.
  • Learn and succeed as part of a team, working collaboratively to prioritize the customer experience.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail.
  • Good listening skills and a strong customer focus, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheets, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
