Job Overview

Intiva Health is seeking a dedicated Business Operations Project Coordinator to enhance our operational efficiency. This role involves the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to identify trends and recommend strategic actions aligned with our organizational objectives.

Experience in managing reports for diverse stakeholders across various business functions, including marketing, product development, technology, and operations, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Generate insights and reports from multiple data sources, including internal company data and relevant industry information. Assess marketing strategies by analyzing related products, markets, and trends.
  • Information Management: Collect and organize data from various platforms such as CRM systems, payment processors, purchase orders, and sales histories to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) across the organization.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct interviews with senior management to pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and address challenges in specialized domains.
  • Statistical Analysis: Utilize statistical methods to analyze data and develop effective solutions to business challenges.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive reports to leadership, highlighting findings and actionable recommendations.
  • Project Management: Oversee key projects as determined by analytical findings.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Adept at gathering and compiling relevant data.
  • Strong analytical skills in a business context.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Thorough understanding of business processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, marketing, or healthcare administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree.
  • 2-3 years of experience in healthcare, financial services, technology, or similar fast-paced environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CRM systems, Google Suite, and project management tools.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solid mathematical foundation.
