Position Overview:
As a Lead Business Analyst for Commercial Operations in the Americas, you will play a crucial role within the sales and marketing division.

Your primary responsibility will be to conduct in-depth analyses of sales metrics, identify trends and opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations aimed at optimizing revenue and operational profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of sales data to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to address national RFPs, bids, and tenders.
  • Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to the commercial team.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and product developments.
  • Generate reports on business performance and relay feedback to key stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to advance commercial initiatives.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to enhance sales performance.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide strategic insights to the commercial leadership team.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of sales data.
  • Support various ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.
Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience is required.

Preferred Skills:
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, focused on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration across departments and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt swiftly to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of sales incentive plans or compensation policies is advantageous.
  • Experience with SAP is a plus.
  • Proficiency in additional languages such as Italian, French, Spanish, or German is considered beneficial.
