Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the software team.
  • Convert business needs into functional requirements and technical specifications for new software development or enhancements to existing systems.
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of potential project engagements, documenting project scope, objectives, deliverables, critical success factors, assumptions, and resource requirements.
  • Implement Engineering product structure and configuration rules into software using logical programming techniques.
  • Lead the creation and review of user guides, training materials, and other documentation for applications and processes.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Strong Macro VBA Programming skills or other relevant programming abilities.
  • Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in HVAC with a solid understanding of equipment and components within a system and building context.
