Water Damage Recovery Manager

- Retrieve work orders and review travel routes to ensure necessary equipment and supplies are prepared.
- Explain restoration processes to customers using printed materials as a guide.
- Perform assigned restoration tasks following company procedures.
- Execute water damage repairs, including water extraction, pack-out of contents, disposal of non-salvageable materials, light construction, and demolition.
- Ensure proper handling of equipment and report any malfunctions or damages to the supervisor.
Requirements
- Must be available for on-call shifts and willing to travel locally and out of state.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and time-management abilities.
- Certifications in WTR (Water Damage Restoration Technician) and ASD (Applied Structural Drying Technician) are preferred but not required.
