Job Title: Water Damage Specialist

Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Damage Specialist to join our team at M Force Recruiting Partners. As a key member of our disaster recovery team, you will be responsible for restoring properties affected by water damage.

Responsibilities:

  • Restore properties affected by water damage, including removing excess water, cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, and repairing damaged materials.
  • Develop and implement effective drying plans to ensure successful water damage restorations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all restoration activities, including customer interactions and project updates.
  • Communicate regularly with customers, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to ensure seamless execution of restoration projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in water damage restoration services.
  • Proven track record of success in restoring properties affected by water damage.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
