About the Role:
- This position involves leading a team of technicians to execute water damage restoration projects.
- Responsibilities include managing inventory, communicating with project managers, and ensuring a safe jobsite.
- The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills and be able to motivate and direct a team towards achieving goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify that all tasks listed on the scope of work are completed.
- Ensure a safe jobsite by following OSHA requirements and company policies.
- Monitor the dry out of water mitigation work assignments using moisture mapping technology.
- Manage inventory of consumables, tools, and drying equipment for technician crews.
Benefits:
- An estimated annual salary of $43,000 - $48,000.
