Recovery Environment Coordinator

At ADDICTION AND MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES, LLC, we are dedicated to providing a supportive environment for individuals in recovery. As a Recovery Environment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the daily operations of our Sober Living House run smoothly.
The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year. This live-in role requires working beyond traditional business hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between residents and clinical staff to promote effective communication and support for residents' recovery journeys.
- Supervise and support residents, enforcing house rules and promoting a structured recovery environment.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including house meetings, 12-step meeting coordination, and transportation.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to enhance housing programming.
