Disaster Response Team Lead

- Perform assigned restoration tasks, including water extraction, pack-out of contents, disposal of non-salvageable materials, light construction, and demolition.
- Monitor job sites to ensure quality control and compliance with company policies.
- Document all processes and ensure accurate and timely submission of documentation.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in water damage recovery
* Proven track record of quality control and customer satisfaction
* Strong technical skills and ability to perform assigned restoration tasks
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or reposition objects up to 70 pounds regularly
* Willingness to travel locally and out of state as needed
* Ability to pass a background check, in accordance with applicable laws.
