Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Staff Accountant to join our client's accounting team. As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and be responsible for compiling and analyzing financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts.
- Work closely with the CFO to develop and manage monthly and quarterly budgets versus actuals.
- Reconcile receivables accounts and follow up with vendors for outstanding balances.
- Assist with audit preparation and ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
- General Accounting experience with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- NetSuite experience is a plus, but not required.
